Features related to the project processes.

The processes connected with the project can be divided in the following way:

  • lots of project processes are related to each other in many ways and have one common purpose ? to achieve project's objectives. It is difficult to display these processes in a picture, table or a graphical way. However the processes can directly influence to the project budget, life cycle, scope etc.
  • the project's product can be created by the processes. These processes that concentrate on products are the classic examples and can be characterized by the life cycle of the project. Processes related to the management and product have an effect on each other in all project's life cycle. Our advice is that if you want to produce a new product or create something new you have to take into consideration all aspects and processes that are essential to achieve your goals.

Management of the project is a complex and usually long lasting process. Processes must be appropriate for each project and coherent with other actions. Big and complicated projects usually have some processes which are repeated and checked a few times to assure successful undertaking. We have to remember about stakeholders needs and consider their requirements during implementation of the project. If one of the processes will not work properly it could lead (and usually happens) to improper functioning other processes and cause to failure the all enterprise. So if you want to implement successful projects you need to think carefuly about all aspects and processes in the project and meet demands of all parties (sponsors, buyers, stakeholders etc.)
